The MOVE-IT - Centre for IT in Mobility and Traffic, established at the Institute of Land and Sea Transport Systems [2], provides an adequate soft- and hardware environment for both, students and teachers. Thus, MOVE-IT concentrates on computer aided system layout and design as well as on process simulation, computer based system and process analysis and optimization of traffic flows and all related programming.
